Perhaps you have visited the various tropical hibiscus Websites and want to start producing these beautiful blooms yourself. There is a lot of useful information on the Web, but sometimes the exact answer you're looking for may not be there. The Tropical Hibiscus Mail List may help. We started our mail list in September of 1996.

This mail list has subscribers from the Nordic countries to Australia, from southeast Asia to Africa, but the greatest concentrations of subscribers are from Florida, Texas and California. Before the Internet, some hibiscus fanciers had been laboring alone, unaware that there were many others they could share their experiences with.

Topics discussed have been pruning, growing indoors, hybridizing, insect control, exhibiting, society information -- everything imaginable related to hibiscus. Some subscribers are professional growers and some are relatively new to hibiscus.

Our Internet mail list accepts e-mail only from its subscribers and resends it to all the other subscribers. The other subscribers may respond to those messages and those responses, likewise, go to all. The e-mail volume ranges from several messages a day to several dozen a day.
